1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
By using VisionToSOP at visiontosop.com you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. WHAT VISIONTOSOP DOES
VisionToSOP is a web-based tool that uses artificial intelligence to generate Standard Operating Procedure documents from video uploads, typed notes, or voice transcriptions provided by the user.
3. YOUR CONTENT
You own all content you upload or create. By uploading a video or entering notes you grant VisionToSOP a limited license to process that content for the sole purpose of generating your SOP document. We do not store your videos beyond processing. Generated SOP documents are yours.
4. FREE TIER LIMITS
The free tier allows 2 SOP generations per calendar month. Additional generations require a paid Shop Plan subscription at $49/month or $449/year.
5. PAYMENTS
Paid subscriptions are processed securely through Stripe. You may cancel at any time. No refunds for partial months. The $199 Starter Pack is a one-time fee with no recurring charges.
6. PROHIBITED USE
You may not use VisionToSOP to generate documents containing illegal, harmful, or fraudulent content. You may not attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or abuse the service.
7. DISCLAIMER
VisionToSOP generates documents using AI. All generated SOPs should be reviewed by a qualified professional before use in safety-critical environments. VisionToSOP is not liable for errors in AI-generated content.
8. GOVERNING LAW
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana.
